Every Certified Pre-Owned eBike is carefully inspected and graded for transparency. Here's what our grades mean:

Grade A – Like New

• 0–20 miles
• No visible wear or damage
• Fully functional, includes original packaging & accessories

Grade B – Lightly Used

• 21–50 miles
• Minor cosmetic wear (small scratches or paint marks)
• All key parts function like new; some may have been replaced

All bikes, no matter the grade, meet our strict performance standards.

This eBike was acquired directly from the brand. It has not been through multiple hands and offers a well-documented usage background. We ensure each pre-owned bike listed reflects honest and transparent ownership details.

All of our second-hand eBikes undergo a rigorous multi-point inspection process before being listed for sale. Our trained technicians evaluate each unit to ensure it meets our quality standards:

• Frame inspected for structural integrity
• Motor, brakes, and electrical systems tested
• Battery capacity verified and performance checked
• Drivetrain cleaned, adjusted, and tuned
• Wheels trued and tensioned
• Suspension components adjusted (where applicable)

Only eBikes that pass all inspection points are made available for purchase.

We offer two convenient ways to receive your second-hand eBike:

• Online Delivery

Your eBike can be shipped directly to your address within the contiguous U.S. A flat $150 shipping fee applies, along with any applicable sales tax. Your bike will arrive securely packaged, partially assembled, with instructions included for final setup.

• Free In-Store Pick-Up (California Location)

Whether delivered to your door or picked up in-store, we aim to make the process smooth and reliable.

• Frame Warranty: 5 years
• Electrical & Mechanical Parts: 1-year warranty (excludes consumables like tires and brake pads)
• Return Policy: 7-day return window from the date of delivery. Bike must be in original condition.
