Grading Standards

For Second-Hand Hitch Bike Racks:

Grade A – Unopened - Brand New Bike Rack (There is a very small chance of minor wear from shipping, but No Impact on Function)

Grade B – Opened, Unused - Light Shipping Scratches (Light Scratches or Surface Wear Due to Shipping, but No Impact on Function)

For Certified Pre-Owned Ebikes:

Grade A - Brand New Condition / Like New
Mileage: 0-20 miles
E-bike has been used minimally or unused.
No scratches, dents, or wear signs.
No technical issues; all parts are fully functional.
Comes with original packaging and accessories.
 
Grade B -Lightly Used Condition 
Mileage: 21-50 miles
Minimal signs of use, such as small scratches or paint wear.
No major wear on tires, brakes, or other key parts.
Motor, battery, and electrical components function like new, but parts may have been replaced.
