1. Return Window
New E-bikes:
The return window for brand new e-bikes is 15 days from the date of delivery. Only products returned within this time frame will be eligible for a return.
Certified Pre-Owned E-bikes:
The return window for Certified Pre-Owned e-bikes is 7 days from the date of delivery.
2. Order Cancellation
Once an order has been shipped and a tracking number has been generated, the order cannot be canceled. If you wish to return the item, please follow the return process upon receipt of the product.
3. Return Due to Customer’s Personal Reason (Subjective Reason)
- Should you wish to return the product due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, incorrect order, etc.), the return shipping fee will be the responsibility of the buyer.
- The item must be returned in its original, unused, and undamaged condition.
- If the returned item shows signs of significant wear or damage, a depreciation fee may apply to cover the reduction in value.
4. Return Due to Quality Issues (Defective or Damaged Products)
- If the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. We kindly request that you provide supporting evidence (photos or videos) of the issue.
- If the product is deemed unrepairable, we will facilitate a return, and the return shipping costs will be covered by us (the seller).
- We are committed to working with you to resolve any quality-related issues and will assist with repairs, replacements, or a full refund as needed.
5. Packaging Requirements for Returns
- All returns must be packed in accordance with our established packaging standards to ensure that the product is not damaged during transit. Please refer to the detailed packaging guidelines provided by our customer service team.
- Important: Prior to returning the item, you are required to send us photographs of the packaging to confirm that it complies with our standards. If the product is not properly packaged, we reserve the right to refuse the return or charge additional fees to cover packaging costs or logistics penalties incurred due to improper packaging.
- The customer will be held financially responsible for any costs resulting from inadequate packaging or size-related issues during shipping.
6. No Unauthorized Returns
Please be advised that we do not accept any returns sent back directly without prior written consent or confirmation from our customer service team. Any unauthorized return will be rejected, and the customer will bear the cost of return shipping.
7. Return Process

- For returns due to quality issues, kindly provide us with relevant photos or videos to assist us in assessing the problem.
- Upon approval of your return request, we will provide you with a return shipping label (for returns related to product quality only) and further instructions on how to return the item.
8. Refund Process
Refunds will be issued once the returned product has been received and inspected by our team. The refund will be processed to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed.
