We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO), or internationally at this time.
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and estimated delivery time of your shipment.
Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days, depending on your location.
We take extra care in packaging all products securely to prevent damage. Additionally, all shipments are insured, so if your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately for assistance.
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We are working on expanding our shipping options in the future.
Currently, we do not offer free shipping by default. However, customers can choose to pick up their order from our store to save on shipping costs. Warranty & Return
- Brand-New Bicycles:
The warranty period is aligned with the official warranty policy provided on our website. For any issues, customers can reach out to either the seller or the official customer support team with proof of purchase.
- Certified Pre-Owned Ebikes:
- Bike Frame: 5 years
- Electrical Components and Mechanical Parts (excluding consumable parts): 1 year
- Bike Frame: 5 years
- Electrical Components and Mechanical Parts (excluding consumable parts): 1 year
To request warranty service, please contact our customer support with your order details and a description of the issue. We will guide you through the next steps.
The following damages are not covered under this warranty:
Damage caused by normal wear and tear, including fatigue, such as:
- Bearings
- Bearing races
- Chain rings
- Cassettes
- Tires
- Tubes
- Saddles
- Chain
- Brake pads
- Brake discs
- Wheel hubs
- Spokes
- Handlebar grips
- Cables and housing
- Bushings
Damage to a covered component during shipping is not covered by this limited warranty. However, we will replace such damaged covered components if you:
- Notify us of a covered component damaged in the shipping process within seven (7) days of receipt;
- Provide us with a dated picture of the damaged covered component;
- Return all original packaging and paperwork included with the e-bike;
- Note any immediately recognizable damage on the shipper’s Bill of Lading prior to signing off on the shipment.
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping damage claims are very time-sensitive, and it is your responsibility to inspect the e-bike immediately upon receipt.
Exclusions Related to Paint and Appearance:
Paint fading caused by the effects of ultraviolet light (UV) or outdoor exposure is not covered by this limited warranty.
Second-hand Definition
A Grade – Unopened - Brand New Bike Rack (There is a very small chance of minor wear from shipping, but No Impact on Function)
B Grade – Opened, Unused - Light Shipping Scratches (Light Scratches or Surface Wear Due to Shipping, but No Impact on Function)
Yes, all second-hand eBikes go through a thorough inspection. Grade A and B bikes are fully tested and tuned. Grade C and D bikes may require additional maintenance.
Some second-hand eBikes may have aftermarket upgrades. If applicable, these details will be listed in the product description.
Yes, test rides are available, but only at our California store.
