Paint was scratched. But I’m sure I’ll be more scratches on it.Paint or powder coating could be a bit better. Went together easy can’t wait to use it.

Worst rack I have ever bought, It is poorly designed, The release to lower or raise the rack is a metal screw that has to be undone. When in the down position there is nothing to support it when it is unscrewed to be taken into upright position, The supposed quick release for the ramp is a joke. Nothing quick about it and when in the down position near impossible to reach,
It was sent with parts missing. The o ne good thing I can say is customer service was very helpful getting me the parts.

The bike rack works great, its well thought out and and well made, The blue finish is perfect. Thanks for making a great product , I find it a bit heavy so I removed the rear track and support beam this makes the rack more manageable, I dont think i will be taking two bikes to go riding. Thanks again

This Rack made loading and unloading our 2 E bikes so much easier. We have 1 fat and 1 normal sized tire bikes. Assembly was easy. Very sturdy .

It's working great for my 2 non electric hybrid bikes. I emailed customer service many times with questions to be sure the rack would work for my bikes. They were excellent to work with. I was very impressed that they also wanted to be sure it would work, they weren't just trying to sell me something. They truly were making sure it was what I needed! Not real impressed. Heavy and very shaky. The center posts do not hold our bikes tight enough and the tire holding is way wider than our tires. It was supposed to accommodate all sizes but fat tires appear to be what would work best.

Easy install but instructions aren’t the greatest. Took it for a 30 minute ride with two e-bikes (about 110 pounds total) and it held up well with no problems.Haven’t tried to open my SUV trunk with it mounted so there’s that, may or may not be good. Also not a problem with the rack but taking it on and off the car is a bit of a challenge so be ready fora two person lift and definitely use a socket set to bolt it as a wrench doesn’t work well - odd size bolt too being 15/16 inch not the most common size for sure.

We love it!! Pretty easy to put together and very easy to use. I like how sturdy it is and that it folds up so it doesn't have to be removed all the time. I emailed the company quite a few times and the response, professionalism and help I received was phenomenal

Quick delivery , well packed , less than an hour to assemble , only tool used was a crescent wrench have both e-bikes on it now , easy to load an straps are very hefty , locks down better than any one I ever owned an really think it is under priced

Easy to assemble.
A little bit difficult about putting it on the hitch receiver. Loads of bike up real easy lock them down real well very secure. It was a great purchase thank you guys so much for making something like this.
